Description

1 High precision end pre-bending. The straight edge can be set freely, the upper roller press to pre-bend.

2 NC control, high productivity. Parameters are controlled by NC, easy for operation, improve the productivity greatly.

3 Good accuracy. The upper roller is like a drum, the lower rollers assorted with it through support rollers. Bend continuously, can roll ideal products from thin to thick plates widely.

4 Safety. The lower rollers are fixed, the upper roller move vertically and horizontally. The job does not move with the working rollers.

5 Complete structure, simple foundation, convenient move. The machine has unitary basement, does not need earth bolts, has simple foundation, can move conveniently.

6 Plenty of bending shapes. Can roll shapes of O,U,several R,taper in certain range.Roll O shape: backside roll way; Roll U shape:front side roll way; Roll several R shapes: combined way.
